REVETEC Srl has launched a digital transformation project aimed at innovating its production and information processes through four strategic interventions. The core of the initiative is the introduction of machinery for automated production of electronic boards, which will increase efficiency and precision, reduce the margin of error and improve operational quality. A WMS system for automated warehouse management will also be implemented, with dynamic mapping of storage areas and optimisation of internal logistics flows.

The project also includes the digitalisation of management processes — quotes, orders and staff training — through the ARXivar platform, to ensure traceability, reduce processing times and improve regulatory compliance. To complete the project, REVETEC Srl will strengthen its IT infrastructure with dedicated servers, advanced switches and cybersecurity software, raising security and operational continuity standards.

The initiative represents a decisive step towards more efficient, integrated and secure management, strengthening the company's competitiveness.

The project is funded by the European funds of the Emilia-Romagna Region and provides for a total investment of €271,215.00 with a requested public contribution of €90,000.00.

Investments in H/S technologies to digitalise the production process by integrating production systems with the company IT infrastructure

The project includes investments in IT technologies and advanced production facilities, involving various business areas. It aims at the complete digitalisation of the production and testing process, leading to increased productivity, improved quality and greater operational efficiency.
