Power line carrier single lighting point management

Lake Tunis is a natural lagoon, located between the capital of Tunisia, Tunis and the Gulf of Tunis (Mediterranean Sea). This is the natural port of Tunis.

During 2018 Lake Tunis saw the redevelopment of public lighting with LED luminaires and point-to-point remote control on power line carrier on 1,191 light points. Each luminaire has been equipped with an LPL node allowing excellent propagation of the signal in power line.

Ten LPM gateways are installed that allow the on-air remote management of the light points of the Tunis lakefront. The ignition of the systems is also managed remotely thanks to the DIMmy modules with integrated astronomical clock that, in addition to defining on and off, allow complete remote management at the framework level.

The data are then available on the Maestro application that allows the operator a complete remote management of the entire plant and interactive viewing of plant elements on a cartographic map.
