LPL modules in some new tunnels

In 2014 a number of tunnels in Norway have been commissioned.

SOLUTION 

Each single lamp is equipped with our LPL module, in order to monitor and dim each lamp.
To manage reinforcements circuits and permanent section for each tunnel LPM/C modules have been installed to communicate via Power Line, as well as filters, to protect power Line communication from potential interferences.

BENEFITS

The control system will save 25‐30% of energy and will ensure total safety, approaching the tunnel area. This will reduce the operational cost substantially and contribute to a cleaner environment, and a safer lighting comfort.

• Inner zone: 223 pcs. of LED symmetric powered 87W

Lundegard tunnel, lenght 178 meters 

• Entrance zone 1 & 2: 122 pcs. of HPS powered 400W, 4 pcs. of HPS powered 250W and 4 pcs. of HPS powered 150W
• Inner zone: 9 pcs. of LED symmetric powered 66W
