Call Center
Enetec Smart Solutions provides to the end users a call center service open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, for the reception and management services of failure report relating to public lighting installations, traffic light systems and smart city devices.
The call center, located in Italy, will operate with a response time at over 95% of calls and responsiveness less than 30 seconds.
The call centre operators will be responsible for managing the reports/alerts; this includes opening of assistance tickets on a help desk platform accessible from the internet and, where needed, activating the prompt intervention of field technicians.
