Remote measurement and remote control module for control panels with embedded Linux and router
The DIMmyWeb plus module, the tele management device DIMmy evolution, has all the functionalities required with an integrated and embedded Linux PC, a 3G/4G router and a WiFi network allowing mobile devices and PCs to connect.
The embedded PC is used to dialogue with tele management systems, it’s programmable and has the capability to host (after implementation) various standard open protocols like: MQTT, REST/SOAP web services, TALQ, etc…
Depending on needing, other types of protocols or data exchange can be easily integrated on the DIMmyWeb plus, like the communication with the Enea’s PELL system and others.
Despite what’s above, the DIMmyWeb plus can still dialogue with Maestro software, even at the same time as the standard protocols.
Unlike the DIMmy, the electrical measures are no longer sampled by the device but made by an external meter module (usually MID certified), that talks on Modbus RTU protocol with the DIMmyWeb plus.
It also has an ethernet connector, a HDMI port that allows and eventual monitor connection, a USB port, 8 digital inputs (24Vdc) which purpose is to highlight alarms and two outputs freely configurable, also used for the plant power on with the integrated astronomic clock. The local dialogue with the operator can be performed by LAN network or via the browser of the mobile device or PC which, by connecting to the WiFi generated by the device, emulates the keyboard and the display.
