Module for monitoring and dimming a single lamp with power line
The LPL04 IP20 module allows remote switching on and off of the single light point where it is installed. Furthermore, the remote reading of the measurements (voltage, current, power factor, hours of operation, lamp status, etc.) by the control center allows you to quickly identify faults, identify lamps that are running out, perform detailed analyzes on the operation of the light points managed.
It is possible to have each module perform a daily cycle of lamp on / off automatically, consisting of a maximum of 5 operations, at settable times. Alternatively, the following are available: a 1 ÷ 10Vdc or DALI output with which it is possible to control the input of an electronic power supply or a dimmable LED driver; in this case the automatic cycle can also be configured with 5 dimming levels, thus allowing the creation of scenographies. Communication takes place via conveyed waves between the LPM modules (conveyed wave manager, mandatory in the switchboard) and the LPLs: no additional cable is needed and this facilitates installation even in existing systems.
All models have the LPL / V function, i.e. they can be programmed to command the control outputs in order to follow, in terms of emitted luminous flux and absorbed power, the variations of the power supply voltage (therefore limited to the dimming function not Power line communication is required as LPL / V receives the value of the power supply voltage as a command and does not require an LPM module). The most classic application is where the coexistence between traditional SAP-type lamps and LED fixtures is required, if there is a need to vary the luminous flux and power, with a centralized voltage regulator.
The LPL04 IP20 module is supplied in a plastic box with IP20 protection degree that can be installed exclusively inside the lighting fixture, suitable for fixtures up to 495W.
