Disclosure ex art.13 UE Regulation 2016/679

Pursuant to Art. 13 EU Regulation 679/2016, we inform you that your personal data (general identification data, company you belong to, profession etc.), freely given by you, will be processed by Revetec srl mainly by computer, in order to follow up on your request for registration to our Online portal that provides:

Technical documentation: a collection of documents, product sheets, manuals and technical drawings;
Knowledge base: articles and information regarding technical and non-technical issues, published periodically to help those working in lighting;
Standards: technical insights regarding the standards of reference for our products;

The legal basis for the processing in question is the execution of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.

The provision of data is free, however, failure to provide it will not allow our Company to fulfill your request. Your data will also be processed by Revetec Ltd. as the provider of web browsing services. In addition, your data will be kept for the period strictly necessary for the purposes we pursue, i.e. for the entire period of your subscription to our Online portal.

We remind you that at any time you may exercise your rights under Articles 15 et seq. of EU Regulation 679/2016, namely:

Access, rectification, cancellation and opposition;
Limitation of processing;
Not being subject to automated decision-making processes;
Right to portability.
